Lifeplan Lutein 15mg contains xanthophyll carotenoid Lutein which is believed to have a number of antioxidant properties which can help maintain good eye health.

Lutein is a carotenoid derived from the plant pigment xanthophyll. It is found naturally in the eye and is required for normal vision and macular pigmentation. The lutein present in this supplement is a special type, called xangold. This is the most easily absorbed form of lutein.
