Directions
Mix 30g (approximately 1 scoop) with 200–250ml of water or milk. Consume as required throughout the day, ideally after exercise or between meals. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
The chocolate version provides 22g protein per 30g serving and is a whey protein concentrate made from grass-fed milk.
