Directions

Crunchy, tasty, and easy to use, it fits effortlessly into your daily routine. Just stir into water, yogurt, or porridge. 

  • Children aged 6+ and adults:
  • 2 teaspoons (approx. 6g), 1–3 times daily.
  • Always take with 200–400 ml of water per dose.
  • Ensure sufficient fluid intake throughout the day.
  • For best results, build up gradually and use consistently.

Ingredients

Psyllium husks (75%), coconut oil, resistant starch antioxidant: rosemary extract.
