Directions
To make jelly, dissolve 10g of gelatine (approximately one level 15ml tablespoon) in 600ml of hot fruit juice, stirring well until fully blended. Pour into a glass dish, allow to cool, then refrigerate until set. For everyday cooking, simply add one teaspoon to stews, sauces, or soups to naturally thicken and enrich the texture
